Certified Excellence Professional (NQI CEP®)

Level 1

Fundamental understanding of excellence frameworks & principles.  

Combined e-learning and classroom courses.

Required Courses:

• Quest for Quality - Module 1 - Online Learning ***
• Introduction to the Framework for Excellence - Online Learning ***
• Framework for Excellence (May be eligible for exemption if your organization has already achieved NQI PEP Level 2 (quality) and you had direct involvement in the self assessment or preparation of the submission.)
• All About Excellence: Game Based Learning
• Introduction to the Healthy Workplace Criteria - Online Learning ***
• Business Fundamentals - Online Learn (Candidates choose a minimum of 20 appropriate modules from the list of 44)***

• Estimated 48 hours of online learning

Level 2

Intermediate understanding of excellence framework & operational tools

Combined e-learning, classroom courses, Quest for Quality assignment, and process case study.

Required Courses:

• Quest for Quality: Process Improvement Tools (Modules 1, 2 & 3)
• Quest for a Healthy Workplace®: Understanding the NQI Healthy Workplace® Criteria for Excellence, and the NQI Implementation Model (May be eligible for exemption if your organization has already achieved NQI PEP Level 2 (Healthy Workplace) and you had direct involvement in the self assessment or preparation of the submission.)
• Introduction to Process Mapping
• You Got it!™ - Superb Customer Service
• Introduction to Root Cause Analysis
• Introduction to Change Management - Online Learning***
• Management and Team Building - Online Learning***

• Time Management Strategies for Success - Online Learning***
