1. Chosen staff members proceed through an Introduction to the Framework for Excellence - Online Learning
    
2. Followed by a two-day
   Framework for Excellence
   or
   Quest for a Healthy Workplace®: Understanding the NQI Healthy Workplace® Criteria for Excellence, and the NQI Implementation Model
    
3. Tools to identify and close quality gaps are provided in Quest for Quality: Process Improvement Tools (Modules 1, 2 & 3) (which is a component of NQI's Leadership Excellence Program)
    
4. Join the NQI PEP Network
    
5. It is advisable to evaluate the benefits of NQI membership both in terms of peer networks for best practices and preferred training rates.
